We at Servycat process the information provided by you, for the purposes of managing the submission of information you may request or offering you services that may be of your interest, provided that you request it so when you fill in your data and e-mail address in the corresponding spaces in our form.

For how long do we retain your data?

Personal data provided by you will be retained for as long as the professional or commercial relationship is maintained and while you do not request us to delete them. In any case, they will be retained for a 5-year period since the last contact. All provided Curriculum vitae that do not fit into the profiles requested by the Servycat Group will be destroyed, or kept for a maximum period of 2 years, in case the Servycat Group considers them potentially eligible for future staff recruitment processes for the Group or for a client. In that case, you will be informed and requested to give consent, in due time.

The legal basis for processing your data is to respond to your information requests, manage your curriculum vitae, support service hiring and provide the hired services.

Your data shall be entered into a database belonging to the Servycat Group – which includes companies: Serveis Industrials Servycat 2007, S.L.U, ElectroServycat, S.L and Manteniments Alimentaris, S.L. – and shall not be transferred to third parties, except in case of legal obligation.
