CASA MAS is a food company that prepares fresh, non-pasteurized meals with high-quality ingredients. It started as a small company in Castellterçol (Barcelona), dedicated to the commercialization of meat products and sausages. Over the years, production increased, making CASA MAS a reference, especially in Catalonia. The company modernized and adapted to social and technological changes, equipping its (increasingly larger) factory with cutting-edge machinery and more labor. It now produces over 30,000 units daily with more than 30 product varieties, reaching all kinds of establishments across Spain.
SERVYCAT began its collaboration with CASA MAS as a provider of maintenance services for its production lines and equipment, both from a preventive perspective (technicians on shifts) and corrective (emergency or scheduled interventions for malfunction resolution). After this initial phase, SERVYCAT also became a provider of equipment and process lines, so we now design and manufacture customized solutions according to CASA MAS’ specifications and needs to produce its products.
Within this concept, we have supplied equipment for dosing sauces and additives, conveyors for weighing, packaging, and transport of containers, etc. We have also participated in projects where we contributed to the manufacturing and execution of structural elements (in steel and stainless steel), as well as sectional doors, cold storage, self-repairing rapid doors, and a wide range of accessories and complementary elements needed for their installations (metal protection for cold storage panels, hygienic half-pipes, etc.).
