Industrial Maintenance
At SERVYCAT, we manage and execute mechanical and electrical maintenance of industrial production units based on a methodology applied to preventive, corrective, and predictive systems using specific programs (CMMS) to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, as well as the necessary scheduling and planning. This leads to an improvement in the operation and development of the production process (evaluated using KPIs agreed upon with the client). Proper industrial maintenance management means avoiding problems in the short, medium, and long term, and consequently, avoiding emergency repair costs, material replacements, unexpected issues, and production downtime, which result in increased costs. Our service operates 24/7, 365 days a year.
The advantages of contracting industrial maintenance are:
- Increased equipment lifespan.
- Reduced unexpected downtimes, increased productivity, and constant working time (machine availability).
The foundation of a good maintenance system application includes:
- Equipment conservation control.
- Compliance with maintenance programs.
- Comprehensive control of operation, functionality, reliability, and safety parameters of the various equipment and systems in your company.

Assembly Execution
Collaboration through the incorporation of workers with different skill sets for execution.
Full Direct Execution
Development of the execution works for the approved proposals (labor, materials, auxiliary systems).
Budget
Both for a fixed price and by measurement.
For Administration
Based on agreed unit prices.
Assembly and Installations
At SERVYCAT, we manage, plan, and execute the work involved in the concept of industrial installation assembly. This translates into providing highly qualified personnel, along with the necessary resources and tools, to ensure the client has their production line or industrial installation ready for operation within a specified timeframe. These projects require extensive coordination among various trades and auxiliary resources to meet the three basic parameters agreed with the client: deadline, quality, and cost. We are equipped to carry out these types of projects in various geographical areas, and our experience backs this capability.

On-site Evaluation
On-site visit to gather data, requirements, and technical assessment.
Proposal
Technical and economic determination of the proposal, estimated execution timelines.
Execution of Work
Detailed development with special attention to marking, signage, order, methodology, packaging, transportation, and coordination.
Delivery and Commissioning
Completion, testing, and start of operations.
Relocation of Equipment and Process Machinery
At SERVYCAT, we manage, plan, schedule, and execute projects related to the relocation of machinery and/or production lines.
This service is tailored to the client’s needs in the form of a "Custom Project", being capable of executing a comprehensive operation that ensures successful completion, meaning the line or equipment is fully installed and operational at its destination. We work with a planning and scheduling system that ensures the execution within the agreed timelines and quality standards set with the client.
As an additional service, and within the preliminary study, we can technically assess the equipment/machinery/line to identify potential repairs, modifications, or improvements that should be made prior to its relocation and operation at the new location.
Our personnel are highly qualified and possess extensive experience in carrying out these types of operations, incorporating all auxiliary means such as: special transport, cranes, forklifts, hoists, etc.

Process Requirements
Meeting with the client to determine the requirements, systems, and operations to be implemented.
Technical Proposal
Initial technical evaluation and quotation for the equipment or machinery to be executed. Graphic pre-design support. Production variables.
Technical Development and Construction
Proposal approval. Final design and execution based on the agreement with the client (dynamic and adaptive process).
Delivery and Commissioning
In-shop and on-site testing. Documentation preparation (CE Marking...).
Custom Equipment, Machinery, and Auxiliary Elements
SERVYCAT has developed and continues to develop a significant activity for companies across various industrial sectors, especially in the food industry, where we have the capability to design, develop, and manufacture custom equipment and machinery for production processes. In this activity, we work under the concept "Custom Project, Turnkey", studying each case side by side with the client, offering the best solutions and alternatives, and meeting all types of requirements (both legal and operational) to ensure the result is an optimal solution that maximizes the benefit for the client.
The custom-designed machinery offers, among others, the following benefits:
- Facilitates the start-up of complex tasks.
- Reduces time invested.
- Reduces personnel costs.
- Flexibility.
- Quick market response.
- Product customization.
- Speed in prototype testing. With in-house manufacturing, a company can test product prototypes at their facilities.
We design small and large structures, both for outdoors and indoors, manufactured as complementary accessories within production lines or installations, such as platforms, machinery and equipment supports, transport element reinforcements, elevated access (stairs, ramps, walkways...), etc.
